Work from home facility is increasing day by day. As you all know, in 2020 the World was facing through the COVID-19 at it’s highest peak. There was lockdown process follow to stay away from this virus and most of all each and every sector move to remote jobs at that time. Work from home seems helpful in that difficult time to earn our daily livings. Now, it is to be end of year 2020 and we got some control our COVID in India. Let’s talk about the people opinions on work from home. Should the work from home needs to be ongoing or people wants to shift back to their previous routine life. Work from home changed our routine life a lot. We all moved to online process. Everything is going online these days with the help of our modern technologies. Education, Shopping, Working..etc. everything is online.

Let’s see this work from home is affecting us or not.

As you all know, a coin have it’s two sides. Same every thing have it’s pros and cons. As work from home makes people life easy as well as it make hard for the people under poverty line or illiterate people.

PRO’s
* By work from home, we are able to manage our personal life with work life.
* By work from home, we can save our travelling expenses.
* By work from home, IT industry is able to get 94% increment in their work productivity from employees.
* The rate of leaves are reduced, if we compare it with the time before COVID days.
* Children are attending their schools classes online, in front of parents.
* People are able to get at least 4 hours a day, to spend time with their families.

CON’s
* Most of the people are getting mental stress by sitting whole day at home.
* Children are using mobile phones as more than than the limited time, which can be the cause effect on eye-sights.
* Middle-class people have a single computer in a single family, it is becoming difficult to work from home for all the family members.
* Can’t get the office atmosphere at home.
* The illiterate people can’t work from home, as they are not educated to work on laptops and computers. It’s difficult for them to buy daily necessities for their routine life.
* On each and every industry can work from home. Mechanical industry and Shopkeepers are one of those.

CONCLUSION
So, by having a look on pro’s and con’s, it is not easy for everyone to work from home. If it is comfortable for few people and it is not also comfortable for more than few people. People can choose their option whether they are wiling to work from home or whether they are not :)
